Math Field Day is our largest outreach event of the year.  Participants in grades 6-12 from all over the Central Valley and beyond come to Fresno State each year to compete, play math-themed games, and more.  The event provides a unique and fun learning opportunity for students.  Recognition of their participation also serves to encourage them to continue in their mathematical endeavors.  Each participant receives a certificate acknowledging their participation, and awards are given to the highest finishers in the contests.

The number of students each school may register is not limited, though we reserve the right to limit participation if necessary due to logistical considerations.  There is a registration fee of $3 per participant.

We hope both students and their advisers will join us for a day designed for mathematical enrichment and enjoyment.
