SCHOOL REGISTRATION
We welcome your students in grades 6-12 at Math Field Day! Younger students may also participate, though the contests are designed for grades 6-12. Advisers, please register your school for this year's Math Field Day by filling out the following form. You will need your school's mailing address as well as information about the total number of students enrolled at your school.

VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION
Each year we need lots of volunteers to help proctor and grade contests, assist participants with registration and getting to their competition rooms, setting up and taking down chairs, and other tasks. If you are a student at Fresno State and are interested in volunteering for Math Field Day, please fill out the following form:
