This prestigious National Science Foundation funded program will provide the following opportunities:
- Receive $10,000 each year for the next 5 years as a salary supplement for mathematics teachers
- Receive research-based leadership initiative scaffolded over five years
- Receive individual mentoring and small group mentoring by experienced teacher leaders
- Participate in pedagogical seminars by experienced mathematics education leaders
- Join professional organizations and travel to regional and national conferences
- Participate/conduct professional development, curriculum development and present at conferences
- Become a master teacher/mentor teacher for preservice math credential students
- Join summer and year-round programs to develop pedagogical and leadership skills
