In 2010, Jonpaul Moschella (a.k.a., Jp) earned his Master's  degree from CSU, Fresno in psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Upon graduating, he accepted a position as lecturer in the ABA program in the Psychology Department at Fresno State. In 2013, he began a clinical and administrative position with what is now ABA Services at Fresno State. Jp currently serves as the ABA Services Operations Director. In this capacity, he oversees the financial, administrative, and performance management aspects of the organization. His primary role at ABA Services at Fresno State is to ensure that the organization functions efficiently and effectively while providing high quality ABA services at Fresno State for individual clients and ensuring that ABA Services at Fresno State staff receives exceptional training in ABA. Under Jp's direction, ABA Services at Fresno State has become a stable and thriving organization, meeting its operational and financial obligations, while contributing to the training of graduate students and the vitality of the College of Science and Math.

Rana completed her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with focus on Banking and Finance from Yarmouk University - Jordan. She developed a strong experience in management, and financial analysis working as a Deposit/Credit officer at HSBC Bank for 10 years. She has a broad knowledge of the internal workings of FBS which helps her perform her duties as the Administrative Assistant and financial support.
