The Fresno State Chemistry & Biochemistry Department

 

The Fresno State Chemistry and Biochemistry Department is made up of full-time faculty, part-time faculty, teaching associates and support staff with a shared passion for and commitment to teaching chemistry and biochemistry to Fresno State's diverse student body.

The department currently employs 17 full-time tenured and tenure-track faculty members and 26 faculty lecturers. Faculty teach all of the lecture courses and the majority of upper-division laboratory courses provided by the department. Teaching associates enrolled in the department's graduate programs assist the faculty in teaching introductory laboratory courses.
