Biology Department Course Registration Forms
To register for Independent Study, Research and/or Thesis units, complete a registration form and obtain the signature of the supervising instructor and program coordinator (if applicable). Submit the form to Maria Rochin at mrochin@mail.fresnostate.edu. Department staff will obtain the Department Chair's signature. Once the form is signed, you will receive the permission number and course number to register. Register for the course through the My Fresno State portal using the permission number.
