I have been teaching at Fresno State since the Fall of 2004, having taught at UCLA
for four years in the Mathematics Department. At UCLA, I taught both programming courses
and math courses. Check out my Teaching page for more detailed information.
I received my Ph.D. in applied mathematics from UCLA in 2000. I received my Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering at UCLA, and later decided to pursue my graduate degree in applied mathematics.
My undergraduate and graduate students have done projects in numerical analysis and,
more recently, mathematical modeling. My research (and my students' research) may
befound on my Research page.
