How to Join our Virtual Drop-Ins?
- Access the Google Form. The form opens at 8 am on the day of Virtual Drop-Ins. Please note that the form may close early due to a high volume of sign-ups.
- Fill the form accordingly. Please be specific about your reason (Change of major to Biology, Dropping MATH 6, Registration for Fall 2025). Once you complete and submit the form, you will receive the Zoom link to join for the day.
- Log onto the Zoom from 9-11 am and/or 1:30-4 pm. Please try to join 15 minutes before the session ends.
- Stay online and distraction-free. This helps maintain your online status. Logging on and off may disrupt your status. If you are engaging in distracting activity (driving, working, in-class), we may skip you and come back at a later time. We may also skip you if you aren't able to connect your audio in a timely manner.
- Be patient. Wait times may be long depending on the number of students online at a time. Our advisors see students in the order they sign up, meaning a student who signed up at 8 am will likely be seen before a student who signed up at 10 am. When an advisor is ready, our student assistants will pull you into the meeting room.
Important Notes
There are no reserved appointment times for Virtual Drop-Ins. You will be seen in order of when you signed up.
If the form says you need permission, please open a private or incognito browser, sign into your student email, and access the form again. If it still doesn't work, please send us an email at arc@csufresno.edu along with a screenshot of your error message.
